How to: Convert quicktime movie into AVI or FLASH SWF format.

The easy way and not accurate 100% is to make a Video Screen Capture of Quicktime Mov with CamStudio software. After saving the output video as AVI, you can edit this movie with VirtualDub, cutting out bad parts and re-saving again as AVI movie with Xdiv or DivX compression. The final step is to convert final AVI into SWF file with AVI2SWF.exe from Swftools package.
